[net.math] probability problems

It has been pointed out to me (several times) that I can't add. I now
know that 44+45="8"9, not 99. This changes the answer of 10 to 38/49.
(What do you want, perfection? :-) )

Several people disagree with my reasoning on 1. I claim that the a priori
probability is correct. Others say that since 5 clubs (random ones) are
known, the a postori probability is now the correct one. Does anyone
have an authoritative source for the correct answer?

On 6, will Jim please state what he means by average. There are two
possible answers depending on interpretation. (The other is 6.)
