       A particularly good game to test this idea on would be Warpwar
(by Metagaming).  In particular, this game avoids the roll of dice, thus
simplifying things.  Drawback: the game is really for only 2 players,
though I suppose we could modify it a bit.  Comments?  Perhaps we should
talk this out over the net until we're ready to get down to picky little
details.
