Having played several games of the Morrow Project. I think that the best summation of the game was given by a fellow player, (Frank Chadwick of GDW), in the following simulated conversation with a local farmer. MTM(Morrow Team Member):Hi, we're here to restore civilization. Hick:That's nice, what do you have in your truck? MTM:Explosives! The Morrow project jeep carries enough explosives to level a city block! There is nothing in the rules that lets you do anything about restoring civilization, just how to blow you opponents into small pieces. They are a fair set of near future combat rules and fun to play so long as all you really want to do is run amok with an Uzi and an semi-automatic shotgun. Death to Krell, Tom Harris ihldt!tmh
