Well, I finally got a copy of THE MORROW PROJECT at HobbyMasters in
Red Bank, NJ.

The manual gives the following address for info:

I'll post a review of the game to the net as soon as we play it
a few times - this may take a while; as GM I must nuke the entire
US of A to simulate the damages of WW3.
