[net.games.frp] Spellbook Generator

I sent out a few copies of my spellbook generator
(AD&D rules/spells) a few months back; since then I have
made the randomizer algorithm somewhat more determinant and have
added a factor (#define FACTOR 99 is default) to make each level
of spells progressively more sparse, which generates more reasonable
spell books.  The code is in the <dnd> directory on cbosga if you're
in Columbus; I will mail the module if others want it.
