Occasionaly I see ads for what sound like role playing games via mail. If I remember correctly you send in a move along with x amount of money and get a reply to your action sometime later. Does anyone out there know anything about these sorts of games (how they work, if they're any good, costs, etc.) or have any experience with them?

In reply to the article asking if anyone was interested in a fantesy role-playing game by mail: Yes, there is interest in frp games by mail. this note is to evidence that I (for one) share this interest. However, I haven't got the time to coordinate such a project. Would someone else please volunteer?
