Well . . . . I'm not saying that your world is magic rich,
but . . . . I feel sorry for any gods that get in your character's
way. For the levels that the characters are at, I would call it magic
rich. I have played in a large world where the average level (as
a function of all levels in all classes) was around 17th. A lot of
the items you listed would bring mega-bucks if you sold them. For those
levels, well, have you thought of what you will do if they decide that
they don't like a decision of yours? The fighters with giant strength
start swinging at you and . . . Oh Well! :-)

The characters on my world have been running for 3 years now (that's real
time; in game time, about 2 years) and have reached 5th and 6th level.
One fighter has a +1 sword with a few powers, and they've found a couple
of potions and one scroll.

I'd call this a "magic-poor" world. (I'd also say it was fairly slow
in terms of promotion; in how many worlds does it take 2 years of game time
to reach 5th level?) But we all like it that way.
