[net.games.frp] I want to know what your group is doing.

I would be interested in seeing weekly/biweekly chronicles of campaigns
currently running. It would be something like soap opera. Did Julie
tell the type VI demon to take a flying leap or did they kiss and make up?

In many of my campaigns the players took turns taking notes of the
session, and polishing them up to present them at the next session. It
helped me maintain continuity and makes remembering those adventures
from long ago easier. Twenty five weeks of notes makes a considerable
pile and they make for a lot of fun years later. Usenet chronicles
would to the same thing, though I must admit typing such notes in could
be a bit time consuming.

It would make no difference to me what kind of campaign it was, as a
matter of fact, SF campaigns, super-hero campaigns, etc, would interest
me greatly as I have no experience with such games. I am willing to
bet that many rp'rs haven't been able to try out anything other than
Fantasy and would appreciate a peek into working campaigns of other
sorts.

Okay, I'll take a plunge here and take your idea a step further.
I've been thinking about this for a while, and although I really don't
have the time, I'll try it anyway. To witt: Would anyone out there
like to play a game on the net? I have some ideas on how one could be
run, but I'll wait to see what the response (and other ideas) are before
I expound on them. Well?
