I too have come up with something similar to the Minor Deck of Many Things.
It was during the making of a "silly dungeon" so that some of the results may
seem a bit bizarre for some peoples' taste.  I have both a Deck of Mini Things
(so that low level characters can enjoy drawing cards without being
annihilated) and a Deck of Maxi Things for those of ridiculously high levels
who would be bored by anything less.   Here are their descriptions:

Sun       Gain 500 experience points      Gain 500000 experience points and a

Flames    Enmity between you and an orc.  Enmity between you and a god.
Skull     Fight a skeleton to the death.  Defeat 1 of each undead or be forever
                                          dead.
Talons    Your clothes are torn from      All of your party's magic items are

Ruin      Lose your gold.                 Lose your money and property; go into
                                          debt by the same amount.
Eurayle   -1 on saves vs. paralyzation.   -8 on saves vs. spells.
Rogue     A city guard turns against you. Your god turns against you.
Balance   Change alignment or be tickled. Change alignment or forever become a
                                          judge.
Jester    Gain 100 xp or two more draws.  Gain 100000 xp or two more draws.
Fool      Lose 100 xp; draw again.        Lose 100000 xp; draw again.
Vizier    Guess the answer to your next   Be magically rescued from your next
          dilemma (DM will tell you if it dilemma.
