In response to jordan@noscvax.UUCP posting(3 Sept) I MUST respond
even if I'm waited to calm down.

> . . . I am sick and tired of
>being belittled for my faith.

Left this in but I won't make a comment until later.

> . . . Believing as I do, one has

>o him the Bible, Quran, and the Tibetan Book of the Dead are myth with
>some good precepts to live by. To the Christian, the Bible IS Truth.

Sorry but the atheist still has boundaries. They start and
stop with that person's own beliefs, now they may differ a great from
person to person.

When people belittle my faith or lack thereof(I'm an atheist),
that's okay because they are concerned and that's how they show their
concern. When it's on the other foot why do you protest?

Once again I differ, in the D&D system I would hardly consider
J. Falwell to be LG. Just look at his stand on apartheid, where he
stands for modern slavery. I will admit that he believes himself to
be LG and I'll bet Hitler did also.

Let's argue over a point ;-)

I'll bet comparing Falwell to Hitler gets some flames started ;-)

ekblaw@uiucdcs.Uiuc.ARPA (09/16/85)

I'm not going to flame you for your comparison. It's really quite accurate.

Let's look at the facts:

Hitler: Hitler believed that all those who he felt where not "true" Germans
(his Ubermansh) were standing in the way of the ascent of those who
were (in his opinion) the "true" German. These "false" Germans
	included Jews.

Falwell: Falwell believes that all those who are not "true" Christians are
interfering in the good works of those who are "true" Christians.
Some "false" Christians are (in his opinion) blacks, liberals, and
	(let us not forget) Jews.

Interesting similarities, no? I wonder if Jerry Falwell considers Adolph
Hitler a "true" Christian.
