Recovering BODY is handled in two ways in Hero system games:

Fantasy Hero, Justice, Inc., and Danger International:
	REC/30	per day.
	*0.5	If you are running around, fighting, traveling, etc.
	*0.5	If it is cold, unsanitary, you aren't eating right, etc.
	*2.0	If you are receiving appropriate medical care.

Champions:
	REC/10	per day
	/3.0	If you are running around, fighting, traveling, it is cold,
		unsanitary, you aren't eating right, etc.

The Champions power REGENERATION is not integrated into the general healing and
Recovery system.  Compared to the above healing rates, REGENERATION is too
powerful for the points charged.  The charts below list the number of BODY
recovered via normal healing and with REGEN at SPD 2 and 4.

As you can see, an "average" hero with REGENERATION can recover all the damage
taken in less then 5 minutes.  In addition there is no provision made for
characters that "heal quickly" without healing instantaneously.  Carl Rigney
had a good idea:

If we take this concept and put the minimum at 5pts instead of 20pts, we get a
much more useful power that provides for slightly improved healing and (at the
high point totals) the miraculous healing normally associated with REGEN.

If a character wants to be able to heal from minor wounds almost instantly, but
still take days to recover from near-mortal injury, they might set up a
Multipower something like this:

If a character with this power had BODY 15, REC 12 and had taken no BODY damage
all the points would be shifted into FAST HEALING.  They would heal 15/30*(2^4)
or 8 points (24 under standard Champions rules) per day.

If they take 5 points of BODY, they must shift 10 points into slot 1, leaving
enough points for only 15/30*(2^2) or 2 points (6 under standard Champions
rules) per day.

FAST HEALING is well integrated into the general healing scheme, and the
characters must pay a higher amount for the phenomenal healing provided under
the current REGENERATION rules. 

Characters using this power should list their BOD recovery per turn, hour and
day.  Anything else will be easy to interpolate.
