The Ministry of Education in Ontario is in the process of
developing software for use in the province's elementary
and secondary schools.  One such effort involves a "sim-
ulation" of the Federal Government's National Energy
Program.  The software is to be published by the Oxford
University Press and will be included in a package called
The Canadian Energy Model.  Oxford University Press will
retain rights to the program outside the Province of
Ontario.

This project MUST be completed by December 31, 1983.  If
you are interested in doing this work, further information
can be obtained by calling Mr. R. Bromley at 459 0532
before Monday, December 5, 1983.  You will, of course,
be paid for the work you do.

Programmer Wanted for Research Project

	Position involves programming for a research project funded
by NSERC whose objective is to implement a prototype system for
designing and compiling databases through Artificial Intelligence
techniques.  Most of the programming will be done in PASCAL.
Applicants should have a B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
experience.  Programming experience with PASCAL and Unix is useful.
In addition, a working knowledge of LISP is desirable. The position
is for a period of 18 months minimum.
