Its major business is the design and manufacturing of mobile data communications systems (e.g. for police depts, fire depts, taxi cab companies). MDI is looking for a Unix systems programmer to analyze and modify their existing systems. Preferred candidate would have a degree in CS or EE and two years experience in systems programming and/or hardware. Knowledge of C and Unix necessary. Some travel required.
