We are looking for graduates of Computer Science who have an
interest in real-time graphics and simulation.
Aero Animation Inc., is a small Ottawa software production
company that creates world class products for the IBM-PC
family of computers. Aero's new projects are 3-D simulations
of historical events and well known geographic locations.
These programs are distributed world-wide by Accolade Inc.,
of Cupertino, California. Accolade is one of North America's
leading home entertainment software publishers.
Effective communication skills and problem solving abilities are
required.
In addition you should have some familiarity with these topics:
3d modelling
3d graphics transformations and rendering
Real-time simulation of object behaviour
C, Pascal and C++
Assembly language
Unix and MS-DOS
Your tasks will include:
EGA and VGA specific scan-line algorithms.
Simulating the events and locations necessary.
Integrating prepared artwork and models into the product.
