Tow immediate openings exist for candidates experienced in developing
graphics software for representing sculptured surfaces.
1.  Sr. Software Engineer:
    Experienced in the development of graphics software from
    specifications to implementation. Will have worked with spline
    curves and implemented packages to generate patches. Will have a goog
    background in differential geometry. Must be capable of
    evaluating requirements re the next generation of such products.

2.  Junior Software Engineer:
    Will be schooled in differential geometry and the above
    techniques used for representating sculptured surfaces.
    Will be capable of taking graphics software from program
    design to implementation. Even at this level qualified
   candidates will be "creative" and show the potential for
    advancing to more sophisticated levels in developing
    "smart" software.

	Michael Mooradian Associates (MMA) has implemented and integrated into
a variety of major modem manufacturer's products an asynchronous/synchronous
communication protocol.  The protocol was implemented using a mix of a state
table compiler, C compiler and assembler targeted to a Z80.

	We need a person who has 'C' and Z80 experience under a Unix and/or

       experience in the Unix programming environment to assist in

       candidate will be involved in system dependent aspects of
       porting and integrating major software packages in a

       The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science
       or equivalent work experience, strong leadership skills,
       effective verbal and written communication skills, and a
       pleasant personality.  A high level of proficiency in one or
       more of Lisp, FORTRAN, C, or Pascal is expected, as well as
       two to three years of experience with Unix (SYS V or Bsd) or
       equivalent.  Experience with X-Windows, TCP/IP, and Unix IPC
       would be an asset.  Experience with the MPE programming
       environment and/or SPL would be an asset.

The new employee would be responsible for developing image analysis
application programs, and for porting our
software package to different computers and peripheral devices.
