If I drove some top heavy slug like a kamakazi 750 twin I wouldn't try and drag the pegs either. I did drive a Moto Guzzi Eldorado, which had by the way floor boards and full valence fenders, and would regularly bevel the edges of my floorboards when I hot dogged it on freeway on ramps. Whats my Point? Well if you don't like to lean into the corners and your not interested in sub 20 second quarter miles drive some econobox! Or at least a hack (side car equiped bike).
