Hello everybody! I just started reading this group today.
My brother and I have been planning on riding from San Diego
to Los Angelas for some time now, but most maps aren't very
helpful. So I was wondering if anyone out there can give me
any info about routes, pitfalls, etc. I live near UCSD (northern
San Diego). I would take S21 or El Camino Real up to Oceanside,
but I don't know what to do from there. Do they let bicycles
through Camp Pendleton? In LA, we want to visit our cousins
in Palos Verdes. Do any of you LA'ers have any tips about riding
through Orange county into that area?
