[net.cycle] Headphones in moter cycle helmit

	I'm interested in information whether or not its illegal to
 
put headphone speakers inside your helmet. I'm planning a trip from 

Indpls, In. to the Smokey mts. We plan to follow the Blue ridge parkway

to the Shanadoa Valley in West Virginia. I've made part of the trip

befor and many streches of the trip are very boring. I wanted to take a 

mimi stereo and put the speakers in my helmet. I would hate to get a ticket

for it out of state. Please send mail if you know whether its illegal

to use headphones in the following states:

Kentucky
Tennessee
North Carolina
Virginia
West Virginia
Ohio
