BMWNA has issued a recall for 19" front wheels, built from ~1977
to ~1981. Apparently the are some reports of cracks near the hub.
I've been told that the manufacture date is stamped on the rim.
The wheels are being replaced free of charge, contact your original
dealer if possible.
