[net.cycle] a bike for small types

	The MotoGuzzi Le Mans series all have VERY low seats and can safely be
ridden by folks only five feet tall. A low profile Michlin radial would
lower the seat even further. The bikes have alot going for them and provide
an alternative to the "cruisers". Tall people would find them VERY 
uncomfortable. They are very simple to maintain.
