Does anyone have any suggestions for taking vibrations out of foot pegs. I have an 81 Suzuki GS 1100 in which I do alot of riding 2 up. The drivers foot pegs are fine but the passengers foot pegs generate alot of vibrations. Are there replacement pegs or softening techniques which help this situation? Thanks Dave McGownd hplabs!hplvla!gowie

If you think you have problems with rear foot peg vibrations, you should take a ride on the back of my Yama XT200. They are rigidly connected to the rear axle support and move with every bump of the rear wheel. When I go off road, I tell my passenger to hook their feet ove mine. Driver pegs are on the engine cradle and have a little less vibration. Needless to say, I don't go two up for long rides at all. I have to drive entirely different when I have a rider. Bart Thielges
