[net.cycle] another cold weather starting problem

I have a Honda AERO-50 with electric starter.  On cold mornings I
have ahad time starting it.  I would like to beable to drive it
(on good days) during the winter.  Does anyone know what the 
hard starting problem is and how to fix it?
