[net.cycle] Advice, Suzuki GV700

*** REPLACE THIS * WITH YOUR * ***

A while back I asked for any info (good, bad, otherwise) on the
Suzuki GV 700 (Madura). The response was, to say the least, underwhelming.
However, it's now a good time to give serious consideration to buying
a bike (winter prices are in effect out here), and (depending on how much
the IRS leaves me) I've decided to share the wealth with a bike shop.
I'm still looking at the Madura, and still hoping that I can get some
hard info on it from all of you wonderful two-wheelers out there. As
an incentive to you to answer, I promise not to mention the subject
again...except possibly in summary form if there are enough responses.
Until then, here I sit with a broken thumb, wishing I could loose this
plaster and RIDE!! Help me over this rough period and give me something
to read...and let's get this one for the Gipper!!

Keep the shine up and the rubber down.

					Happiness;
					Chip

I have also been looking at both the Madura and the Cavalcade (sp?),
talking to dealers, reading bike rags, etc. -- the same stuff you
probably have been doing -- so I don't have any _new_ info that
you don't have. But if you should hear from any of the good folks
on the net with "real" information, please pass it on.
