I have heard some bad comments of late, especially on the net, about the Nikon EM. A while back I purchased one for my brother who wanted a 35mm SLR which was simple to use and not expensive. Several people I knew owned the EM and raved about these very features! So far my brother loves it and it has performed equally well. Could I ask you people to elaborate with some clear facts why you downgrade this low cost alternative for novice 35mm users? I have attributed most of the talk to the fact that most of us more advanced photographers would like more control and features in a camera. Roger Busico Bell Laboratories, Whippany
