I have had a Da-Lite slide screen for quite a number of years. While the screen is still in good shape, the rubber feet at the bottom of the stand have cracked and fallen off. This afternoon I called them to find out what I could do about it (they're in Warsaw, Indiana). I expected them to tell me to send them a check for $8.47 or some strange amount like that and wait six weeks. Much to my surprise, they said they would send new ones out to me immediately, parcel post, no charge. It's been so long since someone has done something right on this sort of thing, I thought it would be worth pointing out.
