[net.rec.photo] wide-angle lens wanted

I'm looking for a 28mm wide-angle lens for a Contax camera.
This is a 35mm camera with a brand-specific lens mount for which
there are no lenses being currently manufactured (does that parse?).
A check of the Toronto-area camera dealers reveals no such lenses in
their used equipment sections.  Is anyone willing to part with such
a lens or know where I might obtain one?  I am willing to mail-order
despite the reputation of Canada Post.

I have heard that any lens that will fit a Yashica will also
fit a Contax, albeit not with as much quality as the Carl
Zeiss optics that the Contax normally uses.  If so, you should
have no problem getting a 28mm lens.
