Suppose I am overseas and take a nice pic of a colorful native. I decide to send it to X Club(for X read Sierra Club or any # of organizations), which is sponsoring a photo contest. It wins and will be published. I may get money for it. Would I run into any problems because I don't have a release? Do professionals routinely get releases on overseas assignments?
