[net.rec.photo] B&W papers, developers, etc. ???

 After some years of not doing my own darkroom work ( for lack of darkroom )
I am getting started at it again.  I feel rusty and dusty however so I would
like to here from you folks what is available in terms of Black and White
film and paper developers, home-darkroom equipment for Black and White, papers
and any other stuff that has been found useful.

 I have heard that the Oriental Seagull papers are quite good, the Ilfords
and What else is there ???   What about prices ??? Will I be surprised ?

 I am particularly interested in mid-high contrasts, high sharpness, cold tones
and what not ...
