I am in the market for an enlarging lens that is some where in the 90mm - 100mm range. My main consideration is to get one that will produce the sharpest possible images, even if this means I have to given something else up (like money, fewer apertures, etc). Does anyone out there in netland have this sort of information? Darkroom Photography magazine has had some articals about this in the past ("The best enlarging lenses in the world", Vol. V No. 5/ 1983, and "How to choose an enlarging lens", Vol. II No. 1/ 1980), but I can't find a way to get a hold to these issues. The Rodenstock 90mm APO-Rodagon sounds good, but I have found no way to compare it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks -- Eric Lundblad ucbvax!mtxinu!rtech!eric
