I know of some programs that go from DEC to CP/M, but I don't know if they
are public domain...I think there is one in one of the OLD CP/M ug catalogs.
On our vax at maryland, we do have programs that read CP/M formatted disks, but
I don't know if they will write CP/M formatted disks. However, it could be a
start for writing a DEC->CP/M program on your vax (the pgm, btw, is in C).
