If it is meaningful to people running CP/M, put it on the NET.
I might be a bit pickier if INFO-CPM were a digest such as human-net.
There many readers must read through everything whether they are interested
or not, just to get to the next entry. But INFO-CPM entries are simple
to skip over (with a suggestion -- give your entries understandable
subject lines), and the total message traffic for it is not that
substantial.
