SD has been modified by Jim Jones as he describes below:

* 5-23-82 Changed BDOS intercept so that SD doesn't clobber DDT, SID,
* ZSID, ZDT, DESPOOL, QUEUE or XSUB. The BDOS is now located
* by offsetting the starting address of the BIOS by the size of
* the DOS for Version 1.4 or 2.2. Also added a feature to allow
* skipping logical drives (those not pysically present) by
* setting the MSB in the LODRV-HIDRV table. Bummed some code to
* make this version fit in 2K. If yours doesn't, I'll leave the
* rest to you. -Jim Jones
