Please send removal/change requests ONLY to INFO-CPM-REQUEST@MC.
If you do not get immediate response, that usually means that either MC
or BRL is unavailable or I am.
DO NOT send a duplicate request to the list at large (and I do mean
LARGE!). There is no point in sending your request to the whole list as
there is no one else on the list who can make the change.
If you do not get any action within a week or so, send another request
to INFO-CPM-REQUEST@MC as it is possible your message got lost due to
memory problems that MC has been experiencing lately.
You should also send other miscellaneous requests for file pointers,
etc. to INFO-CPM-REQUEST@MC. If those of us who see that mail cannot
help, one of us will forward the request to the whole list, if
appropriate to do so.
