APL is a language available now
for some CP/M systems which looks
NOTHING like fortran, even from 19
inches. I enjoy using VSAPL, and I
was wondering if anyone had used any
version of APL for the Apple, either
DOS or CP/M. How does it do the
character set? Is it fast/slow/snaillike?
Thanx,
Jonathan

The STSC APL*PLUS package also works under LDOS, which is the
best micro operating system that I have seen (TRSDOS, CP/M,
CDOS, HDOS). I have not seen any of the UNIX-clones in action,
but LDOS has all of the things that a mainframe O/S has, and is
the best documented.
