From: DCHENG at Wharton-10 (Daniel Cheng) As part of an office automation study, we're thinking about the development of a people and promise tracker for use by managers in an office environment. Essentially, the tracker will be an on-line memory of facts about people that the user is acquainted with and promises made to or received from others. We're using Apollos and hope to be able to display a picture of the person as well. Does anyone know if anything similar has been attempted? Any publications, theses, etc. that we could be directed to would be greatly appreciated. Dan
