Design, specification, modification, maintenance and testing of software written by project programmers. Coordination of the NON-VON hardware development effort to insure strict adherance to the project's integrated circuit fabrication schedule. Use of database management, critical path analysis, and other computer programs to track project progress. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Two to four years of management or supervisory experience on a large-scale research and development project. Hands-on programming experience with a high-level language and familiarity with the process of integrated circuit design and fabrication. Outstanding communication skills.
