Does anyone know of a utility (program, shell script, awk program etc.)
which converts files using RUNOFF formatting commands (actually DSR --
DEC Standard Runoff -- under VAX/VMS) into files acceptable to NROFF
and/or TROFF under UNIX? Payment for a working version can be arranged.
Help in locating one would be greatly appreciated. Thanx.
