From: Roberto.Bisiani@cmu-cs-vlsi.arpa The Speech Project is looking for two Research Scientists and two Research Programmers to work on the AI and programming system side of the CMU Distributed Speech System. We require a PhD degree for Research Scientists and a B.S. or M.S. degree for programmers. Speech recognition experience is not required since the work will concentrate on building a state-of-the-art parallel processing environment for speech recognition. The work will be carried on initially on a network of personal machines and then on a tightly-coupled multiprocessor. Carnegie-Mellon is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
