The DADO project is directed towards design and development of both hardware and software for the parallel execution of Artificial Intelligence programs. Software engineering responsibilities are the major part of the position, and involve several systems and languages. Project management responsibilities include a variety of tasks such as supervision of undergraduate and masters students' independent projects, communications with hardware and software vendors, some proposal writing, etc. This portion of the position takes only about 1/4 of the time. We are seeking someone with both good communications skills and good software skills.
