[net.news.b] real names in .newsrc

Why not have readnews insert a 'real-name' line into the user's .newsrc
file if one is not present when it reads the file at initialization time.
That way, the first time a user types 'readnews' before they get their
first news article, they get the question 'What is your name please?'
to which they may answer anything they want ('Frobish the fearful' ?)
if they don't want their real names to go out with every news submission.

BTW, the custom of using something other than your real name for a bye-line
on broadcast messages has precedent in the CB radio world.
