Recently I sent out a comment on the unsubscribe command in readnews being undesirable because the 'u' key is right next to the 'y' key. I received several comments back, and have some new comments. One person totally agreed with me that the 'u' should be changed to 'U'. Three or four agreed, but said to use just 'return' rather than 'y'. The rest ( about 9 ) said to forget about 'y' and just use return. I knew about using 'return' before I sent out the flame, but am having trouble changing my habits. Also, and the major reason I sent out the flame in the first place, is the fact that it is confusing for new users. None of the readnews commands are explained in the manual page on readnews. There is the '?' facility for explaining the commands, but it is not stated in the manual page, and the '?' facility DOES NOT explain that you can just hit return!!!! Therefore, I still think the idea of changing 'u' to 'U' would be a good idea, but at least change the documentation to better reflect the way things are. Dan Hoelker ihps3!ihuxs!mstach
