[net.news.b] How do I re-post an article?

	How do I re-post an article that comes into junk after I create
	the proper newsgroup?  I tried

		inews -p <filewitharticle

	but inews says "duplicate article" and quits.

	Incidentally

		inews -p filename

	does not work as advertised.  It sits waiting for something to
	be type on the standard input.
