I have just posted the sources and diffs to implement a built-in pager to readnews. Advantages of it are: 1) You can get rid of the ':' stuff from readnews. 2) Articles should never scroll off the screen (except if Murphy is around...) 3) You can get the header of the article at any time while in the pager. 4) You can BACK UP to pages you've already read (except in the case of the 'D' command (decrypting) but that's only used for jokes anyway...) 5) You can save the article w/header right from the pager. 6) You don't have to fork ten zillion proccess while reading news. (very helpful on smaller machines...) Install it, try it out, enjoy it (almost everyone at our site uses it) and send me your comments, questions, improvements, and any problems that you might encounter in installing it.
