[net.news.b] BSD42 and BSD4_2 defines in 9/5/84 release of 2.10.2

There are two different defines for 4.2 in the posted release of 2.10.2.
Compress.c uses BSD42 while the rest of the sources uses BSD4_2.

This is a mistake, however, it makes no difference when using the
compress program for the compressed batching scheme.
