In looking over the news system I'm noticing some strange errors coming
from inews. I'm including a short list of them for perusal. I seem to be
getting a number of articles truncated to 0 lines, and an occasional
articles with no Subject line. I don't know about the 0 line articles, but
as far as I can tell the inews on the local site shouldn't ever pass an
article offsite with the title. Is something somewhere munging these? Since
these articles are rejected, I don't have copies to reference.
