[net.news.b] missing parts 1 and 2 of rn

Parts 1 and 2 of the rn distribution kit failed to arrive here.  We
got the rest, but it's pretty useless without the first 2 bits.  Could
somebody oblige by reposting them or sending them by mail.  Ta.

I'm still missing parts 1 and 2 of Larry Wall's rn distribution.

Could somebody help out and send me a copy (or repost if this is a
general failure)
