[net.news.b] manual pages for news 2.10.2?

Am I missing something, or does the news distribution from seismo
(2.10.2.{src,doc}.tar) omit the manual pages?  Do they exist anywhere?
Anyone have a pointer to where I can snarf them (preferably on the
Internet?)

Yes, where are the manual pages for 2.10.2 ?  I've had a test version of
2.10.2 running for months, but I can't officially install it until I
have the man pages.
