[net.news.b] Need help with 2.10.2

[Pacman's revenge...]

I hope that this is the appropriate newsgroup for this, and I pray
your forebearance if it is not.

I am in the process of putting news up on a sight using ethernet to do
their intervax communications. News is running perfectly on one
machine, but I do not know how to set up the sys file so that news
will be forwarded correctly. The site does not use UUCP. They are
using the sendmail mailer, and if there is some obvious way to do this
I will, but it seems to me that there must be some better facility for
batching, moving, and unbatching news. At the moment they are getting
inbound news via mail, and the number of processes being created is an
awesome drain on the system.

In short, what is the recommended strategy for transferring news over
network links.

Ahhhhh... The sight is a Ultrix 4.2 site. We can use rcp, ftp,
telnet, or whatever host facilities may be desired, as I have access
to God (or at least His/Her/Its local representative).

Replies by mail would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
