Second, I saw a message about long term tie down fees at DCA.
Has the party considering basing at DCA considered another
facility in the Virginia or Maryland areas ? It is much cheaper
for tie downs, service, fuel, and anything else you might want,
and you don't have the congestion to fight when coming
in at 'rush' hours ( both in the air and on the roads ).
There are several in Maryland that are very nice.
