Allright you guys, quit bitching at each other. This mailing list is beginning to sound like the ravings of a bunch of autistic computer nerds rather than a friendly pilot's forum. If anyone cares, the landing fee for a 172 at DCA is $4; tiedown from 30 minutes up to 24 hours ran $8. Thanks to LJH and PS and others for their accumulated wisdom. I agree, DCA controllers are reasonably patient and VERY professional. -- Dave Touretzky
